This includes all investment information and results, investor information, news about Maverick and the private investment funds advised by Maverick (each, a "Maverick Fund"), financial statements and other information provided through the Website. You will not disclose any of this information to any person or use it for any purpose other than to monitor your investment in any Maverick Fund in which you hold an interest. You shall not input Maverick data from the website to any generative artificial intelligence system, large language model, or similar machine learning platform unless such system (i) operates within a secure, siloed environment under your exclusive control, (ii) does not share data or prompts with any external service, database, or third party provider, and (iii) maintains technical and administrative safeguards at least equivalent to those you would put in place to protect your own confidential information.
